Personal Holistic Training
Each personal training session is based on functional movement and tailored to your needs and goals.
- 6 or 12 month programs available with a choice of two, three or four sessions per week.
- Three sessions on a twelve month program is recommended for sustainability and best results.
Both programs include unlimited Group Training Sessions and a complementary Holistic Foundations Workshop based on the six foundation principles, so you can understand your current diet and lifestyles patterns and create simple goals to increase your health helping you achieve your dreams. You will also receive a Training Diary which you will use during your programs to keep track of your progress and ensure your personal goals are being met. Once your program is complete you may continue with Strive as long as you desire.
Group Sessions and Workshops
Group sessions and workshops are open to clients, and non-clients interested in experiencing Strive’s holistic approach.
Strive currently offers:
- Group free style yoga, Tuesday nights 6-7pm
- Monthly Holistic Training Workshops including cooking, minimising toxins in your home, and grocery shopping excursions
The first Saturday of every month Strive runs the Foundations Workshop. This two hour workshop is designed around six foundational principles of thoughts, breath, hydration, food quality and quantity, exercise and sleep. As the name suggests the workshop is the foundation on which participants will build their health. Through answering a series of questionnaires to obtain a total health score, attendees will know which principle/s are out of balance and what they can do to help themselves heal and move towards their goals.
In this workshop you will learn about what type of exercises you can do in the comfort of your own home, why you are doing them, and how to do them. Yes that means be prepared to do a little activity. Plus each attendee will learn top tips on diet and nutrition and receive a workshop pack with goodies to support you and your health.
