		<description>Thanks Tanya for being you.
Have a great time up north, and please be careful on the roads.
Have a merry Christmas and a happy new year.
Look forward to resuming training on the 9th.
Take care

<description>Well, it&#039;s Christmas time and providing a balance of fun, nutritious bite size treats can be challenging. Here is some finger food that hits the spot every time. Just remember to know when to stop eating ;)

Christmas Vol au vents
1.	Check maximum heat for Vol au vant cases and pre-heat oven as directed.

2.	The filling is:
	Ham -don’t over fill. Recommend taking a piece and ‘lining’ the inside of the casing to get an even flavor/or, lining the base.
	Thick Cranberry sauce – I would use a thick jelly type so that it doesn’t get too messy and make the pastry soggy.
	A piece (or 2) of Brie. (Don’t overfill this either as it will just run down the outside of the casing and make it messy to eat)

	Bake for 15 minutes. You want the cheese warm and soft and the casing lightly browned and that is it.

Merry Christmas Tanya and friends,
